Momoko is from Tokyo Japan

She graduated from college in Tokyo.

Her ambition is to be a flight attendant in Japan.

In order to be a flight attendant she needs to have a high level of communication skills in English.

Therefore she decided to come to Vancouver to study English.

She is going to enrol in GBC to learn some business skills and to begin her internship.

We hope she will be a flight attendant and work great work in Japan !

When he was on summer vacation, he visited  Vancouver.

He found a lot of attraction inVancouver and he decided to immigrate.

After he graduated from high school in Japan he came to Vancouver. Now he is in school to study English.

Eventually he wants to be an interior designer.

He is going to enrol in one of the famous design schools which is Ai to accomplish his goal !

Canada might be very different from your home country, which means there is a great deal to learn and explore here. I want to talk about  important things.

The landscapes and climate of Canada

Canada is the second largest country on the earth, and in most places Canada has four distinct seasons; spring summer fall and winter

Summers in Vancouver can be hot, but are usually pretty mild.

Day time temperatures in Vancouver range between 20 and 30 degree celsius.

While Vancouver is rather dry in the summer, the provinces of Ontario and Quebec are extremely humid. So Toronto feels much hotter than Vancouver in the summer! The fall, spring and winter is much, much rainier in Vancouver and you have to be prepared to bring your umbrella! Ontario and Quebec has beautiful fall colours and is much cooler, and much drier than Vancouver in the fall.

Languages of Canada

Canada is a multi-cultural country, and that means it has as many cultures and languages as it does climates!

 languages of Canada are French and English.

Before coming to Canada you definitely need to study English to start your new life. 

And if you plan on moving to Quebec, the Ottawa area, or even Nova Scotia then you should probably learn some French too!

Strong English or French language skills are important for the following reasons;

• Getting a good job
• Meeting and interacting with interesting people
• Getting your Canadian citizenship
