Terms and conditions
1. Placement fee of $200 is non refundable.
2. First month home stay fee of $780* must be payable to Kim Okran ISC in advance or upon arrival into Canada. Second month's homestay fee is paid directly to the host family unless the full amount of your stay is paid in advance to Kim Okran ISC. *Homestay fee may vary depending on the family.
3. If you are planning to leave your homestay, one month's notice must be given to the Kim Okran homestay coordinator. If you plan to cancel or change homestay locations within your first month, 2 weeks notice must be given. Any notice given after 2 weeks will require you to forfeit the first month's fee.
4. If a payment was made for the full duration of your home stay in advance, one month's notice must be given. The remaining fees minus one month will be refunded.
